Vis-a-thon 2024

This program is open to STEM researchers at all Rhode Island colleges and universities. Participants are not required to be at any specific point in their research process, as the VIS-A-THON collaborative model welcomes research at any stage. The program takes place over the month of March. For the 2024 program, RISD on-campus dates are Friday, March 1 and Saturday + Sunday, March 23-24. Collaborative Visualization Grant

All participants who complete the Vis-a-thon are eligible to submit for a Collaborative Visualization Grant. Applicants must submit a proposal that includes a collaborator outside of their own field of research. This grant is intended to help develop projects further, and promote interdisciplinary partnerships. Two $2,500 grants are awarded each year.
